For direct bookings, full payment or a designated deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your price is guaranteed once your booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property and the platform used for booking. Please review the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of your reservation. Refunds for early departures or no-shows are generally not provided.
4. Guest Responsibilities and Property Use
Guests agree to use the property for residential purposes only. Parties, large gatherings, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect community noise ordinances, adhere to maximum occupancy limits, and follow all specific house rules regarding smoking and pets.
5. Damages and Cleaning
The property will be inspected after each stay. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or grounds that occur during their stay. While standard cleaning is included, guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition. Excessive cleaning required post-checkout may result in additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Caudill Homes is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ personal property during their stay. Guests are encouraged to secure their own travel insurance.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
