Generally speaking, we can complete your project within 6 months from receiving engineer-stamped house plans!

We use very high quality materials to complete your home. Your home is framed using only high quality lumber from one of our local lumberyards, including Advantec subfloor which is glued and screwed down to ensure no squeaking. We use GAF Timberline HDZ Lifetime shingles or Standing Seam .032 Aluminum for your roof so you don’t have to worry. We use only James Hardie brand fiber cement siding, who is the industry leader for a reason. We use Schluter brand Kerdi-shower pans to ensure no leaks in your custom tile shower. All of these details are meant to give you peace-of-mind as you enjoy your new home, a home that will last for years to come!

Yes! Our team has been designing custom homes for a combined 50+ years, and we will happily design yours too. We are happy to design your home, and should you choose us to build, we will even waive the design fee!
